The 28th edition of Saudi Building & Interiors Exhibition (SBIE) 2019, one of the major exhibitions in Saudi Arabia, began in Jeddah on Monday.

Ziad bin Bassam Al-Bassam, vice chairman of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry inaugurated the four-day exhibition at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events, in the presence of Hadi Al Harith, CEO of Al Harithy Company for Exhibitions (ACE), dignitaries, representatives of private sector organizations and entrepreneurs.

The 2019 edition is organized by ACE and over 300 local and international companies from China, the guest country, Bahrain, France, Italy, and Lebanon are taking part.

The four-day expo is showcasing products related to Building Materials and hardware, climate control, construction equipment and tools, electricity and lighting, environmental conservation, marble, granite and stone technology, safety, security and fire prevention, water technology, waste management. interior designs and products related to hotels and leisure, office environment, outdoors and landscape design, schools and hospitals, shopping malls and restaurants and residential area are also exhibited in this show.

Organizers expect visitor numbers to increase by over 5,000 during the four-day show.

Alongside SBIE, Furnidex Arabia, Saudi Arabia’s 4th International Exhibition for Furniture, Furnishings, Hometex & Décor, Revac Arabia, Saudi Arabia’s 2nd International Exhibition for Refrigeration, Ventilation & Heating Exhibition and Glass, Wood and Surface Design Arabia, Saudi Arabia's 2nd International Exhibition for Glass,Wood, Stone and Surface Exhibition will be held concurrently.
