Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the show that will be on till Thursday at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre is organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions.

It takes place alongside two other major exhibitions – Gulf Construction Expo and Interiors Expo – continuing the success of the only integrated B2B and B2C platforms for the construction, interior and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.

Manara said it will be introducing two of its unique projects specifically aimed to fulfil the needs of modern Bahraini families, and executed to the highest of design and construction standards.

The developer’s managing director Dr Hasan Al Bastaki said the company will showcase models of the units of two of its unique housing projects – Wadi Al Riffa and Hasabi – for pre-booking by prospective home owners.

He said Wadi Al Riffa, an affordably priced project, consists of 126 attached villas constructed on a land spanning 180 sqm while built-up area spreads over 234 sqm.

Hasabi, a multi-feature project, was designed in line to meet the latest housing trends, and homes with waterfront villas of three and four bedrooms, some of which have their private jetty.

The project also allows for waterfront commercial establishments such as coffee shops and restaurants to serve the daily living requirements of its residents.

It also holds waterfront facilities as well as three- and four-storey apartment buildings.

The development also features an exclusive 40,000 sqm entertainment island situated at its centre dedicated to the entertainment of its residents and investors and provides recreation activities for owners and their guests to enjoy swimming and beach facilities and services provided in addition to the sandy beaches, panoramic pools, a children’s playing area, health club, as well as floating villas resort offered on a daily and weekly rent basis to serve the guests and visitors of the owners and residents of the project.

Dr Al Bastaki also said the two projects are on the verge of receiving the necessary permits to prepare the site and launch to the public. The time frame expected for the construction of both projects is approximately 24 months.

“Manara will also provide brochures of both Kenaz Al Bahrain and Wahati that were launched earlier for the participation of its visitors interested in its previous projects.

The two projects represent an important addition to Manara’s contributions to the kingdom’s real estate sector. Manara’s participation in the upcoming exhibition comes within the framework of adopting the latest market trends and in line with the aim of establishing an active co-operation amongst the public and private sectors and its emphasis on linking the real estate and financial sectors under one roof that strives to meet the requirements of both sectors to the highest of standards.

Manara is among the first companies to provide affordable accommodation to meet the growing demand from young Bahrainis since later in 2013.

Dr Al Bastaki affirmed that Al Salam Bank Bahrain, Manara’s parent company, is the primary partnering bank to provide financing to Bahraini beneficiaries of this initiative after signing a similar agreement with Eskan Bank.
