ArabFinance: A total of 3,936 new Egyptian citizens were brought back from Arab and foreign countries on June 27th after being stranded due to the outbreak of COVID-19, according to the Ministry of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs.

The repatriates arrived from Yemen, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, in addition to countries worldwide.

Earlier, some 562 Egyptians returned from the Saudi kingdom through Duba Port to arrive at Safaga Port in the Red Sea, according to a statement.

The North African country transported 150 citizens from the Saudi Port in April.
