State-owned property developer Nakheel will this week launch a new luxury high-rise beachfront residential tower on its iconic manmade Palm Jumeirah development.

Palm Beach Residences will be 180 metres high, with 250 one, two and three bedroom apartments, a sky lounge at the 38th floor, a pool, gym, tennis, clubhouse and retail and dining facilities.

Located on the eastern side of the island’s trunk, construction on Palm Beach Residences is set to begin in the second quarter of 2018.

In total, Nakheel is set to unveil 4 billion UAE dirhams ($1.08 billion) worth of projects at the Cityscape Global real estate exhibition in Dubai this week.

These include a residential, mall, hotel and health complex at Discovery Gardens; 174 new residences at Jumeirah Park; a new hotel at Jumeirah Village Circle and six marinas at Deira Islands.
