Muscat| BankDhofar Performance Academy, in collaboration with Efficiency Training Institute, concluded the Financial and management Leadership Program. The program which was launched earlier this year is designed for strategic partners of BankDhofar in public sector.

The closing ceremony was held at Grand Hyatt Muscat in the presence of Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, CEO of BankDhofar, Kamal Al Murazza, Chief Wholesale Banking Officer, Ahmed Said Al Ibrahim, Chief Corporate Services Officer, Nasser Said Al Bahantah, Chief Human Resources Officer, Dr. Khalid Al Hamadani, Head of Performance Academy, and representatives from different governmental entities. Certificates of Completion were presented to the participants who successfully completed the program.

Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, CEO of BankDhofar noted: “We constantly endeavor to develop our partnership with our valuable clients in the Government sector by contributing to develop Omani youth in various fields and enhance their knowledge. This program was successful in developing Leadership & Financial Management skills of participants”.

Nasser Said Al Bahantah, Chief Human Resources Officer, added: “We are happy to a part of the development journey of our Partners in the government sector. Providing suitable training to enhance professional skills is one of our priorities at BankDhofar. The six month program developed professional, leadership and financial capabilities of the participants. Conducting such training courses will contribute in keeping good relations with our partners in the public sectors”.

Additionally, with the aim of equipping its employees with required skills to best serve the customers, the academy includes a Mock branch where employees are trained through real life business scenarios and case studies. Academy also facilitates Development of Omani Talent in different segments of Business to prepare them to be future leaders.
