Bateel International, a leading gourmet food business, announced the opening of its first Café Bateel in Jeddah. Having a well-established presence in the city, with boutiques opened in Andalus Mall, Stars Avenue Mall and Red Sea Mall, Bateel continues its significant expansion in the Saudi market with a brand new flagship café and boutique, which opened its doors this weekend. This new opening kick starts an exciting year of expansion into Jeddah for the gourmet brand.

Bateel has created a name for offering an elevated casual dining concept: Mediterranean fare, curated by Bateel. Combining Mediterranean cuisine and a rich tradition of Arabian hospitality, the café will provide an unrivalled selection of delicious, wholesome dishes served in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Representing the launch of Bateel’s full gourmet experience in Jeddah, Le Prestige is the first of three new sites to open there this year.

Tina Memic, General Manager, remarked on the launch, stating “Based on the love for the Bateel brand we already experience in the Kingdom and the great success of Café Bateel in Riyadh, we felt it was time to share the ultimate Bateel experience with our friends in Jeddah so they can enjoy the absolute best of what Bateel has to offer.”

Strategically located in the new Le Prestige Mall on King Abdulaziz Branch Road just before Kings Road Tower, the new café and boutique is perfectly suited for a full family dining experience as well as friends seeking a premium café experience.

Café Bateel’s extensive menu features a delicious range of breakfast options, pastas, salads, sandwiches and other main dishes, as well as Bateel’s famous Signature Qahwa and Sticky Toffee Pudding, whilst the Boutique offers an array of treats including Bateel’s gourmet dates, luxury wrapped chocolates and fine foods to be enjoyed in the comfort of the customer’s own home.

The Le Prestige location will soon be joined by new locations in Assila Tower and in Red Sea Mall, late into the first quarter of this year.
