Mohamed Hammad: 40% targeted contracts with development companies during the current year in East Cairo and in Galala.

Concorde for Real Estate Development plans to open a new branch in New Cairo during 2021 as part of the company's expansion plan and aims to increase its contract with real estate development companies by 40% this year.

Nelly Hammad, CEO of Concord for Development, said that the company is close to completing the opening of a new branch of the company in New Cairo, in addition to its headquarters in Nasr City, as part of the company's expansion strategy in conjunction with the volume of projects developed by the state and the private sector in East Cairo.

Hammad explained that the company has developed new marketing plans in cooperation with the leading real estate development companies that are commensurate with the changes in the real estate market, which is currently witnessing a boom, unlike the previous period, which witnessed a lull due to the repercussions of Covid-19, which was reflected on the market sales movement during that period.

The CEO of the company added that Concorde Development seeks during the coming period to add new marketing services within the company's strategy in order to achieve the sales targets of real estate development companies, especially in the East Cairo area, which is witnessing strong competition between developers.

Hammad continued that the company aims to acquire a selling share in the New Administrative Capital, especially with the approaching opening and operation of the project during the current year, in addition to the volume of real estate projects that are implemented there and the presence of various real estate products that suit the market requirements in the current period.

In the same context, Mohamed Hammad, Chairman of Concord for Projects Management and Real Estate Development, said that the company plans to increase its contract by 40% with real estate development companies, whether in the New Administrative Capital or the city of Galala and Ain Sokhna during the current year.

Hammad explained that market studies will be developed for real estate and tourism projects that are developing in the East Cairo, Galala and Sokhna regions, especially that the company is seeking to achieve the sales targets of the real estate companies contracted with during the current year in addition to doubling its sales contracts.

Hammad pointed out that the real estate market needs more real estate development companies, and needs real estate products commensurate with the purchasing power of the target customers, in addition to diversifying projects' portfolios to attract more investment seekers.
