Bahrain's Eskan Bank has issued tenders for its Bandar Al Sayah and Danaat Al Sayah real estate projects.

The firm has invited bids from consultants to supervise the reclamation works for the Bandar Al Sayah development.

The scope of works includes reclamation of landforms, construction of beaches, quay wall, edge protection and breakwaters, excavation and dredging of navigation channel, navigation aids and geotechnical testing.

The last submission date is April 17, 2019.

Earlier this week, Eskan floated a tender seeking a contractor for implementing the marine works for the Bandar Al Sayah and Danat Al Sayah projects.

"The scope of works under this tender includes reclamation, construction of edge protection, breakwaters and rock groyne structures, beaches, dredging of the navigation channel and canal," the notice said, adding that May 8, 2019 is the last submission date.

The 280 million Bahraini dinars, 4,000-unit Danat Al Sayah social housing project in Busaiteen, North Bahrain is being developed in conjunction with the Ministry of Housing, according to Eskan's 2015 annual report.
