Arab Financial Services launches digital solution to support growth of MSMEs

MANAMA: Arab Financial Services (AFS) has launched a new digital solution bundle that supports the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bahrain.

Called AFS Go!, the solution offers businesses digital tools to simplify operations, reach more customers, increase sales, and reduce costs.

This streamlined payment platform offers businesses a comprehensive set of payment solutions spanning eShop (attract sales through a dedicated web presence), in-store payments (accept a range of digital payments) and digital payroll (banking unbanked workers).

Merchants can pick any or all services from within the bundle.

Within eShop, AFS Go! delivers a state-of-the-art, cloud-based eShop to access more customers and drive sales.

AFS Go! equips merchants with their choice of a range of tools to support their online business, helping them sell online by launching a tailored eCommerce website, pre-integrated with AFS payment gateway – all within 48 hours.

It also offers eInvoicing functionality, reporting dashboards, recurring billing facility for subscription-based services, and acceptance of a wide range of online payments.

Within In-Store Payments, AFS Go! offers payments acceptance of tokenized cards, static and dynamic QR codes, digital wallets, NFC devices and contactless cards alongside a variety of schemes and payment methods.

It also offers dynamic currency conversion and merchant cash register integration with AFS state-of-the-art PoS terminals.

Additionally, supporting businesses with unbanked employees, and building on the company’s ground-breaking WPS solution (Al Rateb), AFS Go! offers a Digital Payroll solution for unbanked employees giving them access to tailored banking services, at an affordable rate.

With AFS Go! smaller retailers have the tools to support their online and in-store business and payroll needs.
