Dubai: Al Tamimi & Company, the largest law firm in the Middle East, is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Tarbuck as the head of Capital Markets – UAE. Andrew will join Al Tamimi & Company on 11 November 2018 from Hogan Lovells, where he served as a Partner and represented clients throughout the Middle East, the US, Asia, and Europe on capital markets transactions, public and private M&A, restructurings, flotations, secondary equity fundraisings, and sukuk.

Andrew has been practicing law in the Middle East for 11 years, advising on many award-winning transactions, including the largest IPO ever in the Middle East. Andrew is ranked as a UAE capital markets lawyer by both Chambers Global and Legal 500.

Andrew’s appointment will further consolidate Al Tamimi & Company’s position as the leading equity capital markets law firm in the UAE and the wider MENA region, deploying both civil code and common law expertise.
