MANAMA (Salmabad): Following the success of the Mercedes-Benz Driving Force initiative that was first introduced to Bahrain in December of 2014, Al Haddad Motors sent out a specialized team to travel to clients' fleet workshops around Bahrain. Proudly touting the slogan of "Your satisfaction is our driving force" Al Haddad Motors once again ensured that the highest level of service and quality was delivered during the fleet checks, which ran from the 3rd until the 7th of May 2015.
The initiative, which is unique to Al Haddad Motors is spearheaded by highly qualified factory experts from Mercedes-Benz Germany. The checks give fleet owners an opportunity to have their facility and vehicles inspected closely, as well as some one-on-one advice and training from the team of specialists.
The program began at the Al Haddad Motors service facility in Salmabad, and continued at customers' facilities including RedX, BAFCO, BAS, Agility. The mobile workshop services offered included:
- Free vehicle inspection checks and diagnosis
- Tips on maintenance and repair technical advice
- Driver training for new Mercedes-Benz trucks
- Special offers and competitive prices on spare parts and labour
The continued presence of the Driving Force initiative further validates Al Haddad Motors solid commitment to providing superior services and has been highly lauded by fleet customers who appreciate that extra care and attention-to-detail that goes into their after sales experience.
