Manama, Bahrain: In line with its desire to reach out to its customers, Al Baraka Islamic Bank announced its recent successful hosting of a promotional stand at the Bahrain City Centre through which it exhibited alBarakat Account new scheme to the public.

The week-long initiative was Al Baraka Islamic Bank’s second such undertaking in the last two months as it steps up its efforts to reward its customers for their loyalty and trust through the years. The Bank’s latest activation was tremendously well-received by the people as it had over 5,000 visitors to the stand.

This time around, it included a first-of-its-kind activation whereby customers who opened alBarakat Savings Account and top-up their account at the mall were awarded with a chance to participate and win instant prizes in the stand.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Fatema AlAlawi, Head of the Retail Banking Department of Al Baraka Islamic Bank-Bahrain, said: “Our latest venture stems from our dedication to establishing and maintaining a familial bond with our customers that goes beyond banking norms. The success of our first rewarding drive two months ago is what spurred us onto the conception of yet another platform to showcase our eagerness to extend our presence beyond our physical premises. It also led us to putting in the time and effort to creating a new and improved model of the same with our enhanced activations.”

“Our presence at the most renowned mall in the Kingdom presented us with the perfect opportunity to maximize our outreach and give back to our clientele through our generously rewarding activities at the stand. Additionally, it also gave us the chance to showcase our flagship rewards programme, alBarakat Account and its associated raffle draw, in which we just recently introduced an all-new prize scheme. The fantastic response that we accrued over the week of festivities held at Bahrain City Centre only motivates us to aspire to further heights in our efforts to strengthen our bond with our customers. Therefore, we look forward to coming up with even more of a creative, customer-oriented approach in the future,” she added.
