Tabarak Developments is taking major steps to expand in the Arab Gulf area launching its project AAly Al Riyadh. The project is overlooking the horizon of Hanifas Valley, which is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a total investment of SR 100m; the project was established at the beginning of 2018.

AAly Al Riyadh spans over 12,500 sqm encompassing 139 residential units with spaces ranging from 120 to 150 sqm in addition to splendid duplex villas with an average space of 300 sqm. The project is ready for residents to move in and the units are fully finished.
