CAIRO - The United Arab Emirates-based Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Greek company Empire Navigation Inc (ENI), through which PJSC will acquire a group of petrochemical and dry bulk carriers, PJSC said in a statement on Monday.
The new vessels will be used for hire with local and GCC clients, PJSC said in the statement.
