Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Government Services Ecosystem, “TAMM” welcomed thousands of visitors to its exhibition space during the 40th GITEX Technology Week in Dubai as delegates and industry professionals experienced first-hand some of its innovative government digital services.

Throughout the five-day event at Dubai World Trade Centre, people visited the Abu Dhabi Government pavilion to learn more about TAMM’s ground-breaking digital services that are part of its efforts to provide efficient and seamless experiences to residents and citizens.

TAMM is an integrated platform that allows users to access a wide range of Abu Dhabi Government services and information through one single platform. With GITEX established as the region’s biggest technology event, it provided an opportunity for TAMM to showcase the Abu Dhabi Government’s efforts in harnessing the latest technologies and digital solutions to enrich people’s lives.

In the presence of TAMM officials, delegates and industry professionals were given a glimpse of the ‘TAMM Car’. As part of the TAMM Cares initiative, the car is driven by TAMM specialists to reach and help People of Determination, senior citizens and residents living in rural areas so they receive assistance and complete their services on TAMM.

Visitors also saw the initiatives and features that have been introduced in Abu Dhabi such as the ‘TAMM Mobile App’. The one-stop platform is one of the main services with visitors able to apply for services online and track the status of their application on their smartphones.

Other initiatives and features that were showcased were: ‘Abu Dhabi Locker’, ‘Abu Dhabi Pay’, ‘TAMM Cares’, ‘Contact Centre Telephony Modernization (CCTM)’, the ‘Customer Relationship Management’ platform and ‘Abu Dhabi Connect’.

The initiatives and features were introduced under the supervision of The Higher Committee of the Digital Government and is aligned with its efforts in activating a digital transformation governance framework in Abu Dhabi, providing new concepts of government services and moving towards a digital future.
