Manama - Promoseven Holdings, a leading real estate developer in Bahrain, announced that its latest project, the "Diyar Alkhair" project, has joined the list of real estate projects included in "Mazaya" program. This will allow citizens who meet the terms of "Mazaya" to benefit from the program in buying a housing unit in this project, which is located in the Sanabis area and includes different types of apartments, with prices starting from fifty thousand BD.

Mr. Akram Miknas, Chairman of Promoseven Holdings Group, expressed his thanks to the Ministry of Housing, represented by His Excellency the Minister Bassem bin Yacoub Al-Hamar, for his efforts to solve the housing file in Bahrain, praising the Ministry’s keenness to partner with the private sector to accelerate the provision of housing services with various options for the citizens. He also commended the Ministry’s efforts to reduce the cost of housing units by increasing supply and encouraging creative development and innovations in the field of planning, design, and implementation.

" Diyar Alkhair project comes to meet the needs and requirements of the real estate market, and as a national contribution to support the government's relentless efforts to provide more housing units to the increasing numbers of citizens, with qualitative benefits that suit their income.” Mr. Miknas said.

Mrs. Ibtissam Laitoum, Head of the real estate department at Promoseven Holdings, affirmed that the entry of the "Diyar Alkhair" project in the list of projects of "Mazaya" program comes within the framework of the basic concept on which the project is based, which is to meet the housing needs of the Bahraini citizen through creative solutions that professionally adopt implementing of the sustainable housing methodology, to provide adequate housing for Bahraini citizens with limited incomes.

“The project provides diverse housing solutions to a wide range of those who wish to live or invest, and it will start in its first stage with various apartments and facilities that, upon completion of the project, form an integrated city in the Sanabis area, which mediates the commercial and tourist heart of Bahrain, 3 km from the capital, Manama, and at the middle of a highway that connects southern and northern Bahrain.” Mrs. Laitoum concluded.
