Dubai's push to be the 3D printing hub casts its shadow at Sign & Imaging Dubai 2018 where a multitude of solutions can be seen.

Dubai: SGI Dubai 2018 the largest and oldest trade show in the MENA region and beyond caters not only to the large format and textile printing trade, digital printing and analogue printing, but also to the new technologies of 3D printing and additive manufacturing.

After the Office of the Future was 3D printed in Dubai, the first office worldwide to be constructed in such a way, 3D printing, also called additive manufacturing, took off in the Emirate and the whole of UAE. Even before its unveiling, UAE has been at the forefront of this and other new technologies. It is estimated that by 2030 more than 25% of new buildings and its parts will be 3D printed.

SGI Dubai 2018, as the longest serving trade show for printing and its technologies, and its exhibitors, who partly for years are already active in the 3D printing and Additive Manufacturing sectors, is ideally slated to showcase 3D printed solutions, not only for the construction, but also hospitality, retail, brand marketing and other industries.

Signtrade and Jacky’s Business Solutions have already signed up as exhibitors for next years’ edition that will start in January 2018. Both companies, among others are already active in the 3D printing/Additive Manufacturing sectors and visitors can be on suspense, which of their solutions for this industry sector they will present at SGI Dubai 2018.

By predicting double digit growth numbers for the 3D printing /Additive Manufacturing sectors, industry analysts slate those technologies to be one of the fastest growing for the next years, if not the top. At SGI Dubai 2018, visitors will be able to watch and experience the might of 3D printing /Additive Manufacturing impacting their businesses and future and get an insight into how they can implement into and benefit from these technologies for their businesses.

SGI Dubai 2018 will take place from January 14 – 16, 2018 at the World Trade Center in Dubai (UAE).

Until SGI Dubai 2018 starts, printers, exhibitors, visitors can keep themselves abreast of new developments, trends, news and all that refers to signage and print by visiting the SGI Resource Center at www.signageresource.com.
