Dubai, United Arab Emirates: In line with the vision of our nation’s wise leadership to ensure the continuity and efficiency of work as well as in support of national preventive efforts to preserve public health, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) raised the percentage of the remote-work system to 100% for all its employees as of Tuesday, 24 March. The Authority is providing all the tools and systems necessary for the success and smooth continuity of the workflow given the circumstances.

Dubai Culture stressed that work would continue without delay or interruption in a manner that meets the aspirations of the public and preserves their protection, while also prioritising the safety of the Authority’s employees. This has been achieved by harnessing modern technologies and means of communication so that Dubai Culture can continuously provide its services to its customers across all sectors of society. Telephones, smart applications, and other channels will ensure that work continues without compromising the resulting quality.
