Dubai: The global home and small appliance brand Beko has consolidated its regional media account into OMD following a competitive pitch. The account was previously split between two networks, with OMD managing the brand’s activities in Egypt and Jordan. The Omnicom Media Group-owned business performance company will now cover 17 markets in the region for Beko’s full portfolio of products and initiatives across all media.
The move will help the white goods manufacturer, which falls under mother company Arçelik Group, see stronger business results through a regional optimization made possible by advanced analytics and data-driven planning. OMD’s in-depth understanding of the business as well as their strong and consistent footprint across the MENA region will play a key role. Their resilient network and structured organizational processes will ensure consistent delivery for Beko products across all markets ensuring that Beko not only benefits from economies of scale but also captures every growth opportunity across product lines, markets and media, maximizing the effectiveness of its investments.
