Dubai, UAE:  Al Shirawi Healthcare Solutions has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, the latest globally recognised quality management standard developed by the “International Organization for Standardization”.  The accreditation demonstrates that the company has established and maintained critical processes that assure the highest quality standards in all spectrums of its operations, including sales, distribution and technical service activities in the field of medical devices and consumables.

Auditors from Lloyds assessed the facility’s top-down business processes, which was based on multiple quality management principles such as leadership processes; business risk handling capabilities; sales process management; distribution planning; control of incoming and outbound goods; complaint management and corrective action plans and awarded the certification.
