Oman Electricity Transmission expects bond sale to raise $500mln -document

DUBAI - Oman Electricity Transmission Company is expected to sell $500 million of 10-year bonds at 5.8% after drawing more than $4.5 billion in orders for the debt sale, a document from one of the banks on the deal showed on Wednesday.

Initial price guidance was between 6.25% to 6.375% for the paper, which is expected to launch later on Wednesday..

The company is 51% owned by the Sultanate of Oman via state-owned Electricity Holding Company (Nama), with 49% held by China's State Grid International Development Ltd.
