SINGAPORE- Middle East crude benchmarks Oman and Dubai were mixed on Monday amid lingering concerns over demand.

Qatar Petroleum (QP) has issued its monthly sell tenders, offering three cargoes of al-Shaheen crude, loading Dec. 2-3, Dec. 11-12 and Dec. 29-30, as well as December-loading Low Sulphur Condensate (LSC) and Deodorized Field Condensate (DFC).

The QP tenders will close on Wednesday with bids valid until Thursday.

ONGC has offered a cargo of Russian Sokol crude, loading Dec. 18-24, via its second spot tender closing on Friday with same-day validity.

Kuwait has set the official selling price (OSP) for Kuwait Export Crude (KEC) at 50 cents per barrel below the average of DME Oman and Platts Dubai quotes for Asian refiners, unchanged from the previous month, a pricing document showed. 

Iran has set the November OSP of its Iranian Light crude oil grade for Asian buyers at 35 cents below the Oman/Dubai average, up 10 cents from the previous month.

Norwegian oil firms struck a wage bargain with labour union officials on Friday, ending a 10-day strike that had threatened to cut the country's oil and gas output by close to 25% next week, negotiators for each side told Reuters. 

India's fuel demand in September rose for the first time since June as easing coronavirus restrictions supported economic activity and travel, but consumption remained weaker than a year earlier, government data showed on Friday. 

U.S. energy companies were returning workers and restarting operations at storm-swept production facilities along the U.S. Gulf Coast on Sunday, two days after Hurricane Delta barreled through the area. 

Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) said it was lifting force majeure on Sharara oilfield from Sunday, and a Libyan source said initial output there will be 40,000 barrels per day (bpd), with total production in the country at 355,000 bpd on Monday. 

An Iranian-flagged oil tanker left Venezuela on Friday for Iran's Kharg Island, Refinitiv Eikon data showed, after the vessel loaded 1.9 million barrels of heavy crude at the South American country's Jose oil terminal.
