ArabFinance:Dice Sport and Casual Wear said the Egyptian Saudi Insurance House (ESIH) purchased a 6.47% stake in the former, according to the company's November 12th disclosure.

ESIH bought 34,300,000 shares at EGP 1.45 per each, with a total amount of EGP 49,832,704.

In the first half (H1) of 2020, Dice incurred a consolidated net loss of EGP 91,583,173, against EGP 70,821,385 posted in the prior-year period.

Dice is an Egypt-based company engaged in the casual wear garments and textile industry.

The company manufactures and distributes ready-made casual wear made of pure and mixed cotton, polyester, and viscose fabrics in different types, as well as other knitting products.
