KUWAIT - The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) announced on Monday the issuance of Tawarruq and bonds worth KD 290 million (about USD 957 million).
 
The issue's maturity period is three months, with a return rate of 1.125 percent, the CBK said in a statement to KUNA.
 
On June 7, the CBK issued bonds and Tawarruq worth KD 280 million (USD 924 million) with a return rate of 1.250 percent for a six-month maturity. (end) fnk.bb
