Muscat: Muscat Municipality has shut down an auto repair workshop in Al-Mabaila for violating rules regarding carrying out work inside the workshop.
A statement issued online by Muscat Municipality said: "Muscat Municipality has closed an auto repair workshop in Al-Mabaila for violating the rules regarding work in the workshop, while providing 'on-demand services' such as changing oil in cars."
The municipality said that the workshop owners' actions caused "additional risks resulting from the practice of industrial activities in locations that are not intended for them."
