Saudi Arabia takes part in e-Parliament forum

RIYADH: Saudi Shoura Council member Miteb bin Ayed Al-Mutairi took part in a virtual World e-Parliament Conference 2021 organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union to review member states’ experiences against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The e-conference also examined parliaments’ shift  to digital and the use of innovative technology to promote parliamentary activities.


The Shoura Council member detailed steps taken by the Shoura Council to introduce precautions for remote work amid the challenges posed by the pandemic.
