In the bilateral agreement, NMC shall provide for medicaments for the emergency cases via licensed and qualified medical staff rendering primary care, preventive and occupational health services.
The first-aid post shall operate from Sunday through Saturday from 8 am till 12 midnight and shall provide for the on-site first aid tools and shall also train the workers on treatment of the similar cases. It shall also be classifying the injuries and refer the same, according to degree of severity, to a higher centre.
NMC shall also be developing the suitable programs to support the objectives of the government and health authority and enliven the international health days and seasons.
It may be recollected, in a similar strategic partnership, to enhance general and specialised healthcare for people working in Jebel Ali, DP World, Dubai, NMC had opened a multi-speciality polyclinic to serve the needs of 150,000 people working in the port and free zone.
