Riyadh –  The Agricultural Development Fund of Saudi Arabia (ADF) approved agricultural loans worth SAR 600 million to improve the agricultural sector and contribute to food security.

The loans include funding to various agricultural projects in several areas in the kingdom, the ADF said in a tweet on Wednesday.

Over the course of 2019, the total value of approved loans exceeded SAR 1.89 billion, up 80% from the previous year.
