The GCC nation’s output reached 615,000 bpd in November, compared to 612,000 bpd in October, according to the oil-exporter bloc’s report on Wednesday.
Earlier in December, Qatar announced that it was planning to leave OPEC by January 2019 after more than 57 years.
Similarly, other countries increased their output last month, chief among them OPEC de-facto leader Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait with 337,000 bpd, 71,000 bpd and 45,000 bpd, respectively.
On the other hand, eight countries lowered their output headed by Iran, OPEC’s third-largest producer, with 380,000 bpd, followed by Venezuela with 52,000.
Generally, OPEC’s output grew by 11,000 bpd in November to 32.965 million bpd, from 32.976 million bpd in October.
