Misr Italia Properties (MIP) has announced the launch of a new phase at Cairo Business Park in New Cairo.

The new office building, called Allure 2.0, aims to create an ideal and efficient work environment for business professionals.

The new release at the Cairo Business Park is set to provide business spaces that vary from 60 to 290 sqm with a competitive instalment plan spanning over more than six years.

The unique location of Allure 2.0 places it close to one of the three main gates at the project, overlooking the main road. It is also only seconds away from the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel and Central Park Area.

The project has access to the diverse facilities of the park guaranteeing a stress-free atmosphere for employees to help boost their productivity.

Misr Italia Properties introduced the first phase of Cairo Business Park in June 2020, which it called the Allure Executive Offices. 

Spanning over 18 acres, the Cairo Business Park consists of 42 administrative buildings with various office spaces. It encompasses state-of-the-art facilities including a pedestrian zone, restaurants and cafes, gym, mini-market, nursery, bookstore, beauty salon, a hotel among others.

In addition, Misr Italia Properties signed a partnership deal with Etisalat Misr to develop the smart infrastructure of the project to provide clients with premium digital and internet services. The project also has the largest independent underground parking area in an administrative project in East Cairo.
