Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Maharah Human Resources Company decided to appoint Abdulaziz Edah Al Kathiry as the Acting CEO as of 15 June 2021 and until further notice.

Al Kathiry has been Maharah’s Vice President of Sales and Operations, according to a bourse disclosure to Tadawul on Monday.

The newly appointed Acting CEO holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Faisal University.

Last April, Maharah appointed Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al Majed and Abdullah Sulaiman Al Amro as the Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, for the coming three years.
