Kuwait Financial Center (Markaz) has announced the launch of its 'Tenant Online Services Portal' to provide the highest levels of convenience and ease to its customers.
The new high-level services provided through the RENTCafe platform designed by Yardi, a leading provider of real estate software technology, will help the tenants to save time and effort and manage all aspects of the rental process in a safe and secure manner.
This includes the payment of rents, maintenance requests, and renewal of lease contracts.
And based on the centre’s keenness on digital transformation and finding innovative ways to add value to its customers, the new online portal will provide the opportunity for tenants to benefit from their personal account management services around the clock.
Tenants can also update their profiles instantly, view their housing balances, and make and schedule rent payments and other fees automatically, as well as receive advertisements and submit maintenance requests, said the statement from Markaz.
In bid to boost tenant experience, the portal will also display the upcoming community events that will be taking place in their buildings, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
