Eagle Hills Diyar unveils key projects at Bahrain Expo

The developer behind the iconic Marassi Al Bahrain waterfront development, Eagle Hills Diyar played a key role as a prime sponsor at the three-day expo held under the patronage of Shaikh Salman bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, President of Survey and Land Registration Bureau and Chairman of Real Estate Regulatory Authority, at City Centre Bahrain.

Marassi Al Bahrain is a distinguished urban project by Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment and development company, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, as part of a joint venture agreement with Diyar Al Muharraq, the developer of a mega project in the kingdom.

During the event, Eagle Hills Diyar showcased several key projects, include the latest addition to the kingdom’s highly anticipated development; Marassi Boulevard, comprising four residential buildings with about 243 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

Work on these buildings is nearing completion and will be handed over soon, said the top developer.

Eagle Hills Diyar also showcased the other exciting features of the development including the highly anticipated world-class shopping Mall, Marassi Galleria and renowned hotels Address Marassi Al Bahrain and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain.

Speaking at the event, Managing Director Dr Maher Al Shaer said: "We are proud of Eagle Hills Diyar’s participation as a prime sponsor at this year’s expo, allowing us to showcase our unique portfolio of offerings in a way that is more accessible to the public, as the venue of the expo allows them learn about the Marassi Al Bahrain development."

Specially for the expo visitors, Eagle Hills Diyar launched attractive offers on its upcoming projects.
