MANAMA: Al Baraka Islamic Bank has launched its all-new Customer Care WhatsApp service.

The service, which is currently live, gives customers the opportunity to address their banking enquiries from the utmost comfort.

Available on any platform that supports WhatsApp, the service offers the bank’s customers a digital helpdesk providing quick, real-time solutions to issues as well as transactional information, from anywhere across the world.

The service is available from 8am to 6pm Bahrain time, Saturday to Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, Al Baraka Islamic Bank head of retail banking Fatema AlAlawi said, “It brings me immense pleasure to announce the introduction of our very latest initiative; our Customer Care WhatsApp service. At Al Baraka Islamic Bank, we realised that the next best way to serve our customers is by giving them the opportunity to address their every enquiry on the go.”
