MANAMA: The Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry has approved 32 major land subdivisions, with 1,362 pieces of land, since the beginning of the year till the end of August, up from 15 major subdivisions for the same period last year.
This will increase the supply of various types and classifications of land in the real estate market.
To approve a major subdivision, the authority ensures that it has a proper infrastructure and all the public utilities and services such as roads, power substations, water supply, and telecommunication towers.
