Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has announced that nearly 92 per cent of the construction work had been completed at its Farishta residential tower in Al Furjan, an up-and-coming strategic location with excellent connectivity.

Farishta, comprising 284 residences in a mix of 137 studios, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments and eight spacious penthouses, is on-schedule for delivery and expected to be handed over in Q4, said the Dubai developer in its statement.

Part of Azizi Developments’ impressive line-up of over 20 projects in Al Furjan, Farishta’s external works are now more than 70 per cent complete, it added.

The Emirati developer said nearly 100 per cent of the structure and 99 per cent of the blockwork had been completed, while tiling and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) works stood at 99 and 92 per cent respectively.

The second fix of MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) works is at 95 per cent, the façade works are at 92 per cent, and overall finishing stands at 89 per cent, it added.

CEO Farhad Azizi said: "It fills us with pride to know that we will soon be delivering another remarkable project in Al Furjan, a promising area that is very dear to us. With the strong customer response that this development has received, delivering the 284 units on time remains a top priority to us."

Farishta, situated in the high-growth corridor of new Dubai, is in a prime location that enjoys easy access to the Dubai Expo 2020 site, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina and JBR, among many other points of interest.

With reports of over 25 million anticipated visitors to Dubai set to catalyse the real estate growth in the build-up to Expo 2020, Faristha’s prime location sets it apart as one of the most lucrative developments in Dubai.-TradeArabia News Service
