Al Otaibi buys one of CFC’s buildings

ArabFinance: Cairo Festival City (CFC) signed a cooperation protocol with Sheikh Saad Al Otaibi, a highly esteemed Member of the Saudi Shura Council and the General Director of ANSAB, according to a recent press release by CFC.

Under the deal, Al Otaibi purchased one of CFC’s finest administrative buildings.

With building area of 16,821 square meters & land area of 6,155 square meters, the chosen property overlooks Greater Cairo’s Ring Road and sits at the heart of Cairo Festival City.

“Thanks to the seasoned expertise of Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, our new HQ is distinctively located at one of their most distinguished projects in Egypt, witnessing our future growth & expansion,” Al Otaibi commented.

Cairo Festival City Mall is one of Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate’s well-renowned landmarks in New Cairo. It is bordered by residential projects, managerial and administrative centers, and an international school.
