Russia's central bank on Monday extended restrictions on foreign currency cash withdrawals for another six months, until 9 March 2023.
Russians have been able to withdraw a maximum of 10,000 dollars or its euro equivalent from their bank accounts since the central bank imposed tough limits on forex transactions in response to Western sanctions introduced after Russia's deployment of tens of thousands of troops to Ukraine on Feb. 24.
