Schaeffler has acquired French industrial company ECO-Adapt, the German automotive supplier said on Friday.
This acquisition is aimed at reinforcing the Bavarian firm's industrial division, with ECO-Adapt being specialized in energy consumption, Schaeffler said in a statement.
