Dubai-based developer Sobha Realty announced on Wednesday the launch of its Creek Vistas Reservé Tower located within the Sobha Hartland master development in Dubai's Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

The 33-level tower features 330 one-, two-bedroom units, and is scheduled for handover in March 2023, the developer said in a press statement.

It said the new launch follows "the high uptake for residential units in the previous Creek Vistas towers" by Arab buyers and Emirati nationals, who had accounted for 35 percent of investors in the project.

Sobha Hartland master development is set for completion in 2025, the statement added.
