Egyptian developer Cornerstone Development said that it has obtained ministerial approval to start work on its residential project, The Curve, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

Construction is expected to start by the end of 2020, the company said in a press statement last week.

The project is scheduled for delivery by end of 2023, the statement said, adding that the development also includes a commercial mall and an office building.

The statement said the project, which is Cornerstone's first, has been designed by Yasser El Beltagy Architects and Studio Five.

Details about investment and number of units weren't disclosed.
