Dubai-based boutique developer Alpago Group has appointed British firm Foster + Partners to design its newest luxury residential project in Dubai.
Located at the West Beach, The Palm, the 10-unit ‘Palm Flower’ development will feature one exclusive residential unit per floor in sizes ranging from 9,000 to 18,300 square feet, the developer said in a press statement.
The units would be priced between 60 million to 200 million UAE dirhams ($16 million to $54.5 million), the statement said.
It said Foster + Partners drew inspiration from the famous palm flower to put a modern architectural spin on the oceanside project.
The development will also feature an "integrated ultra-efficient air distribution system and biophilic design to increase occupant connectivity to the natural environment," the statement noted.
