Arab Finance: Egypt is considering cooperation with the Italian energy firm Eni to execute development and production plans for crude oil and natural gas fields to benefit from the global price hikes and scale up production to meet the domestic demand, according to an official statement on March 7th.

This came during a meeting between the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla and Eni’s Chief Operating Officer-Natural Resources Guido Brusco.
