Units in The Avare sell out in record time
CENTURY 21 Bahrain, a broker office in one of the world's largest real estate networks, has announced that all units in the US$ 14 million development 'The Avare' have sold out.
CENTURY 21 Bahrain were appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing agents for 'The Avare' by Grand Real Estate Projects last year. Located in the prestigious Seef District, 'The Avare' is set for completion towards the end of this year.
AAA Homes W.L.L. was appointed as the construction company for 'The Avare' and Bahrain-based United Engineering is overseeing the design of the development.
