TUMI to preview the TUMI DJ bag at Dubai sole DXB in collaboration with DJ Clark Kent

UAE: This December, TUMI will take the stage alongside DJ Clark Kent for the first time at Sole DXB, an annual street fashion, music, art, and lifestyle festival in Dubai, UAE. The region’s largest cultural festival, running from December 5th to 7th, 2019, is the perfect platform for the global reveal of TUMI’s DJ Bag in collaboration with the legendary hip-hop DJ and producer.

Making his name in the 1990’s New York music scene working with acts like Jay-Z and the Notorious B.I.G, DJ Clark Kent’s career is a virtual road map through popular hip-hop and R&B. He went on to write and produce tracks for music giants like Foxy Brown, Mariah Carey, Rakim, 50 Cent and L’il Kim. DJ Clark Kent will be making an appearance at the TUMI pop-up from 12pm to 2pm on Saturday, 7^th of December for the DJ Bag unveiling, as well as performing at Sole DXB’s closing party on the same day.

Marking its first appearance at Sole DXB, TUMI will be unveiling an exciting pop-up space to celebrate the DJ Bag launch and the collaboration with DJ Clark Kent. Inspired by TUMI’s DNA of design excellence, technical innovation and unparalleled craft, the pop-up is designed in TUMI’s signature black with colored spotlights highlighting key pieces from the upcoming collection. TUMI’s unique designs are reliable, adaptable, and designed to suit your needs giving you the freedom to move through the world however you want. As well as hosting the renowned DJ, the innovative space will showcase a luggage tag customization station staffed by an artist and the all-new TUMI Studio for bag customization. Visitors will also be able to enjoy the DJ Emulator where they can try their hand at creating their own animated TUMI music video and an interactive VR game where they can slash beats and compete with friends. With participation in any activity at the pop-up, visitors will be gifted a hand-illustrated luggage tag, while stocks last.

Appearing in the Middle East for the very first time, the TUMI Studio allows users to fully personalize every part of their bag by selecting from a range of colors and patterns. Visitors to the TUMI pop-up can design a unique bag; each day one lucky winner will be selected and gifted their personalized bag.
