UAE, Dubai – Khansaheb Lifestyle, a wholly owned subsidiary of Khansaheb Investments, the UAE’s foremost family business conglomerate and the owner of the longest standing contractor in the United Arab Emirates, expands its restaurant portfolio with ‘ Trouvaille’, its own home grown concept, located in Jaddaf.

TROUVAILLE is a hidden gem, inspired by two exquisite and favoured cuisines. The menu intertwines classic, gourmet and comforting French and Lebanese dishes with an unparalleled infusion of creativity and imagination that bring the art of dining to life.

Commenting on the new opening, Mr. Amer Abdulaziz Khansaheb said: “We are extremely excited to be able to bring the concept of ‘Trouvaille’ to life drawing the core of its inspiration from the French Revolution when the abolition of the guild system and the downfall of the monarchy left celebrated chefs on the streets and made gourmet food accessible to the public.”

He added: “The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally altered the restaurant industry. We are proud to be able to launch a new restaurant during a global pandemic. This is due to Khansaheb’s leadership and successful strategy over the years. We believe our role as a local business is to contribute to our nation’s economic recovery post Covid-19 by investing across multiple sectors.”

Combining warm hospitality with elegant interiors, hearty dishes and the bustling sounds of Paris, every visit to TROUVAILLE is a journey for the senses. Upon entering, guests can expect to be greeted with a bountiful assortment of French pastries on display, baked fresh daily in an elite pastry kitchen.

Situated at the back of the restaurant, an open plan, live, customised man'ousheh station provides a treat for all the senses with plenty of entertainment on display.

A hub for coffee enthusiasts, a top of the line espresso bar located in the centre of the restaurant is well equipped for doing business, featuring charging stations for those looking for a place to work.

TROUVAILLE adheres to the Dubai Municipality’s guidelines for safety precautions against COVID-19. Customers are temperature checked at the entrance and all tables are at least two metres apart.

For customers who would like to enjoy their meals from the comfort of their home watching their favourite Netflix series, Trouvaille will start offering food delivery options directly and across multiple aggregators very soon.

Trouvaille will have 3 branches in Dubai by end of the year, with its flagship Bistro in Jaddaf, and Café outlets in Clemenceau Medical Center in Dubai Healthcare City, and Dynamic Advance Training in Dubai South.
