Dubai - Leading Real Estate Development Company, Trident International Holdings (TIH), today announced its tie-up with global technology leader in access control and biometrics system, SimonsVoss technology, AG, for implementing transponder based keyless high security systems at Trident Grand Residence (TGR), the fourth freehold luxury residential project at Dubai Marina. This is the first time that such a system is being implemented at a residential project in the UAE.

Announcing this development, Mr. Wazir Daredia, Director & CEO - TIH said, "We at Trident have always believed in innovating and setting benchmarks in luxury real estate development. This tie-up will enable us to fully equip our latest up-scale residential offering with state-of-the-art transponder technology that will offer residents of Trident Grand Residence an extremely safe and secure living environment with the convenience of a single key all access."

SimonsVoss Technologies will provide its Type 3060 radio controlled keyless transponder based locking system which will use an active transponder procedure as the identification medium. The transponder here is a digital key that will be programmed with the locking plan software which will work over radio transmission and no physical contact. All functions at TGR which include opening and closing doors, gates, lift controls etc will be carried out by just a press of one button.

Elaborating on the system, Mr. Wazir Daredia said, "This technologically advanced system enables communication with the digital components of the transponder system which includes locking cylinders, smart relay and activation unit by sending and receiving constantly changing crypto codes which makes misuse virtually impossible. With the programmed software, this system also makes it possible to define tasks such as deactivation of certain locking after a fixed time or alarm intimation if specific doors open etc."
