Amman : talabat Jordan, the region’s leading food and grocery delivery app, has announced the expansion of its tMart network to 13 branches covering a larger area of Jordan.
Each tMart is operated as a dark store; local warehouses which are open only to talabat’s highly trained staff, and delivered to customers by talabat’s riders in record time. This marks the first time the concept is available outside of Amman, which now has eight branches, with two branches in Zarqa and one each in Irbid, Madaba and As-Salt.
Commenting on the occasion, Hala Siraj, Managing Director of talabat Jordan, said: “The expansion of tMart is based on the great demand we have witnessed within the first phase of its launch. We always work to make the lives of our customers more convenient and provide them with easy access to our services, which are characterized by consistent delivery time and quality of service.”
From his side, Mohammed Hindi, General Manager of tMart Jordan, added: “We are very proud of this expansion, which raises the bar for grocery ordering and delivery services, changing the service sector in Jordan for the better. Through our tMart service – which now covers more areas in Jordan – we are now able to reach a larger segment of customers in Amman and several other cities, and deliver to them in an easy, fast, and convenient manner.”
Using tMart is simple, customers can order groceries and household products and have them delivered straight to their doorstep in less time than it would take to visit a store (just 30 minutes or less). The service is available through the talabat app where customers simply select the tMart option and add the products they need to their basket from a choice of more than 8,000 products available in each dark store.
talabat Jordan is expanding its presence throughout the kingdom, in cooperation with its growing network of restaurants and stores, providing job opportunities for a larger number of people, and establishing itself as an essential service easing Jordanian consumers’ daily lives.
