UAE's Leading Developer Deploys Oracle E-Business Suite to Integrate Business Processes

 

Abu Dhabi, UAE - January28, 2010, Sorouh Real Estate PJSC, one of the UAE's largest property developers, has selected a broad suite of Oracle® E-Business Suite applications to help manage operations across all business units, and to support the company's decision-making process and growth strategy.

With leading developments in Abu Dhabi such as SHAMS Abu Dhabi, Gate District, Sun and Sky Towers, alghadeer, Lulu Island, and Golf Gardens, Sorouh chose Oracle to provide an integrated suite of applications to replace its existing infrastructure with one platform that achieves an end-to-end view across all lines of business, in addition to driving superior performance with consistent financial and operational information.

Implementing Oracle E-Business Suite provides Sorouh a single integrated system that will support transaction processing and introduce automated approval workflows across all businesses. The suite also provides a common user interface for standardizing and simplifying the usage of information systems within the company, a necessary procedure to solve legacy issues resulted from previous multiple-interfaced systems. The company also benefits from simplified yet efficient business reporting from a single source of truth platform.
