Muscat:  With a key focus on furthering customer experience, Sohar International has started its operation in its new flagship branch in the heart of Muscat at Shatti al Qurum. Conveniently located next to the bank’s headquarter at Waterfront, the new branch recently commenced operations and offers a full range of the bank’s superior products and financial solutions for Retail, Corporate and Wealth Management clients with a 24-Hour digital lobby. The flagship branch has been designed and developed centered around customer needs and the ideal customer journey ensuring that the brand experience speaks loud from prior to entering the branch until exiting the branch. The new premises is a true reflection of Sohar International and the brand purpose of helping people ‘win’ by delivering banking for their ever-changing world.

Operating from 8.00am – 2.00pm from Sunday till Thursday, the new branch with its robust infrastructure and distinct Sohar International identity, enjoys a spacious design covering a range of customer facilities, operated by qualified staff to deliver responsive services and complete portfolio of products. The branch boasts of convenient accessibility from different directions in the area.

Like other Sohar International branches, the Waterfront branch will also offer customers a full-fledged ATM and CDM facility. With the new branch added to its networks, the total number of Sohar International’s branches in Oman has now reached 31, including 13 branches in the Governorate of Muscat and 18 branches in other governorates.
